Japanese Pan Fried Noodles with Vegetables & Omlette
Stir fried Yakisoba egg noodles, with onion, capsicum, carrots and choice of tender chicken or pork. Seasoned with Yakisoba sauce and wrapped in Omelette. Garnished with mayo, ketchup, tokatsu sauce and Benishoga (pickled ginger strips). Served just like it is on the streets of Tokyo.
